"I’ve had a really bad experience here. I’ve been with State Farm since 2021. Over the past two years, my rates have been increasing continuously. At first, it was every six months. Then, within the past year, it became every three months. And now, it’s every single month.
When I spoke with Ngoc Phung, she told me that my rate would stay the same and that I could contact her if anything changed. I tried reaching out to her when my bill first went up from $598 to $625, and then again when it increased to $680. She never responded to any of my messages during that time.
It wasn’t until just a few days ago, after I messaged her again, that she finally replied and told me she no longer works there — and simply told me to call the office instead.
Right now, I’m being charged $755 per month for the same policy. I really don’t like shopping around for insurance, but with these constant price increases and such unprofessional service, I highly recommend others look elsewhere. Find an agent who is reliable and actually stands behind their word.
